The virtual training courses are included with the purchase of all new equipment packages for 12 months from the delivery date. Once the 12-month period is up, training is chargeable. Yes, you can attend training free of charge as many times as you require (subject to availability) during the 12-month free training period. After these 12 months, the training is chargeable but you can still attend as many times as you deem necessary.

The training courses vary from 1-4 days depending on the machine. For example, the 3D-lipo Ultimatepro course is 2 days long but the 3D-HydrO2 course is just 1 day.

Pricing includes your chosen equipment package, with machine handpieces and a consumables ‘starter pack’. The delivery and installation of your machine is also included, as well as a comprehensive virtual training course. Full marketing support and technical support is also provided, along with dedicated one-to-one support from your Business Development Manager. Upon the delivery, the Delivery & Installation Driver will set up and install your machine. The average installation time is approximately 1 hour. You will need to be present at the premises to provide the Delivery & Instillation Driver with access, but to also review the delivery and installation checklist, ensuring that all items that you were expecting are included. All of our drivers and engineers carry ID badges so that you can identify them as working for our company.

A standard deposit is £500; however, we reserve the right to request larger deposits for custom or international orders.

Yes, we offer comprehensive over the phone technical support Monday-Friday 9am-5pm if you have any queries with your machines and/or handpieces Your enquiry will go through our triage system, and our technical support team goal is to respond to customer queries within just 3 hours. Our team of specialist engineers will aim to resolve your issue as quickly as possible over the phone to minimise any downtime, or will request a video call if needed. From this, they will then determine if a call out is required.

Any orders over £250 excluding VAT qualify for free delivery. Any orders under this amount are subject to a £10 (+VAT) delivery charge unless the order is collected from our Head Office.

There are two options for payment. Either we can take card details over the phone at the account holders’ discretion (please note that we cannot save/store card details for repeat orders due to GDPR regulations.) or we can produce a pro-forma invoice to be sent to an email / home address and provide our bank details for payment via bank transfer. Please note, we cannot dispatch any orders until payment in full has been received.

If ordered before 2:30pm, orders will be dispatched on the same day as the order was placed. Our courier service generally delivers next-day, but we ask you to allow us 3-5 working day period to deliver your items. We also offer a guaranteed next-day delivery service with either before 10:30am or before 12:00pm delivery options available for an extra £5 (+VAT) charge.

You will also receive details of how to access our Client E-Zone in your Welcome Letter. For clients, we have a number of marketing resources available to access via our Client E-Zone. This includes our marketing promotional materials in addition to many print files, images, and more to assist with your marketing. To access the Client E-Zone, you will need to enter the password provided to you in your Welcome Letter.

Yes! Your machine starter pack includes leaflets and posters to kick-start your marketing in-house. These include professionally created poster artwork, imagery, and social media graphics. All clients then have access to our client E-Zone to download our bank of marketing imagery & files, including marketing promotional materials, which are available free of charge to help promote your 3D treatments.

When you purchase a machine, we also offer free 30 Minute Consultation worth £250 with industry marketing expert Kris Trinity on “How to DOUBLE your appointments and profits in 30 days with Facebook Ads”. Kris has also recently developed an exclusive online marketing course for our clients.

We are well known in the industry for our National PR campaigns. We regularly run national PR campaigns which see celebrities in the press with our treatments. Yes! We believe that we provide you with all of the necessary tools to enable you to launch your new 3D treatments within your clinic successfully. Although we do not offer a service to attend your launch event, we provide you access to our Client E-zone, which contains a comprehensive range of marketing resources to help promote your treatments.

Unfortunately, we can’t help with designing your marketing materials. However, we provide ready-made marketing promotional materials, client leaflets, and other resources to help you successfully promote your 3D treatments. If you are a client, these can be accessed via the Client E-zone.

Complete print files are available for you to use, along with the logo and image for your machine. We cannot provide our brand logo or individual assets to print items due to our brand guidelines. This is to ensure that our branding is consistent throughout and that there is no breach of copyrighted items.
